“Our large family ordered many items off the menu and everything was great! The kids couldn’t get enough fries, we went back and ordered MORE. The Wings were a big hit, and my husband says the Brisket was the BEST he’s ever had!

If there isn’t a PhD in cooking brisket, there should be, and Mike should be the professor running that course.

Perfectly temped and timed, able to be cleanly sliced and yet pulled apart with the slightest nudge. Expertly, yet conservatively seasoned, Mike’s brisket is brisket perfection, the best that brisket can be.

You cannot make it any better…

The food is absolutely amazing! Everything is cooked to perfection. I love that they use fresh ingredients, which makes the flavors top-notch! Tried Big Mikes for the first time tonight while at Odd Pelican and LOVED it! We had pulled pork, brisket and chili cheese fries and it was all delicious!! The meat was incredibly tender and tons of flavor.

Banana pudding was an added bonus- also amazing! So happy to have this new food truck in town!

Best food ever!! Choices for EVERYONE!……Even if you don’t eat meat! I had the “soup and Sammie” which was tomato bisque with garlic and Gouda grilled cheese! Likely the best grilled cheese I’ve ever had! Thank you Big Mike’s for making our Fathers Day PERFECT!

Top notch! We always struggle to find good bbq (family from TX spoils me) in the area. Big Mikes is right there with the bbq spots in TX, if not better! We had the Rib Special and pork sandwich, and both were amazing! Great service too!

Got to try out Mike’s new Breakfast menu today! We got the burrito and biscuits with gravy. Man I tell you it was the best! The burrito came with the option of salsa (small smooth kick) and a rich buttermilk ranch. The biscuits with gravy was great! Equal amounts of meat and gravy to smother the softest biscuits I’ve had aside from what I make in my own kitchen! Definitely a high recommendation from my family!
