We have a comprehensive menu selection. Some choices are seasonal, and during events, certain options may not be offered as our Chef customizes the menu for the occasion.

Smokehouse Snacks

Pimento Cheese

House pickled jalapeños, cream cheese, aged sharp cheddar. Served with pflugra buttered and toasted saltine crackers.

Fried Pickles

Sweet and spicy deep-fried bread and butter pickles. Served with our homemade buttermilk ranch dressing.

Kobe Beef Chili

Fire roasted tomatoes, black beans, Mike’s secret chili blend, dark brown sugar, Kobe grade beef, sour cream, cornbread crumble topping.

Smoked Wings

Slowed cooked for 2-1/2 hours then deep fried and tossed in your choice of our Bourbon BBQ or Bayou Buffalo sauce and served with your choice of our homemade buttermilk ranch or our Point Reyes Blue Cheese dressing.

Heirloom Tomato Soup

Local heirloom tomatoes, wild garlic, heavy cream, fresh basil. Cup (6oz) / Bowl (Pint)

Chili Cheese Fries

A mound of fries topped with our Kobe beef chili, shredded sharp cheddar cheese & a dollop of sour cream.



Choice of one of our signature house-smoked meats served with a choice of two sides and jalapeño cornbread.

Brisket

USDA choice Angus brisket smoked for 14 hours over hickory wood.

Pork

Pork shoulder with our house rub smoked for 14 hours over hickory wood.

Burnt Ends

14 hour hickory smoked brisket, diced and tossed in our Sweet Summer sauce blend, and finished to perfection in our cherry wood pit.

Chicken

Local chicken thighs smoked over hickory wood.

Turkey

Hickory smoked to perfection.

Choice of one of our signature house-smoked meats served on a toasted brioche bun with hand-cut fries.

XL scoop of Mike’s Mac and Cheese topped with our succulent burnt ends and finished with a dusting of house cornbread bread crumbs.
